I am currently spending the year in the Acacia team of INRIA, a big french lab. Acacia is specialized in semantic web technologies. I'm a researcher and a teacher at the Computer Science department of the University of Nice, France.
With some master students Phd students, we are working on a semantic wiki called SweetWiki (Semantic WEb Enabled Technology Wiki), that will support RDF/A annotations ( ontology updates with RDFS), and which is articulated around the CORESE RDF engine. The wiki is written from scratch for many reasons (mainly we do not have any wikiML stuff at all, everything is wysiwyg).
Look for CORESE in google and you'll find my research team web site.
The project is available at http://argentera.inria.fr:8080/wiki
I'm also involved in another project called "usable intranet" invoving the ILOG company. ILOG is 700 employee big ans its intranet is a big TWiki. I came to wikisym with Colas Nahaboo, the responsible of the ILOG intranet, and a big contributor to TWiki. So far they are not interested in semantic web technologies as in their point of view they are not usable by normal people. Annotating documents is too much a pain. But they are very interested in all the "tagging" phenomena you can find in flickr, youtube, technorati.com etc... if semantic web technologies could be used "behind the scene" in order to improve the ways the actual tags work, they'll be very glad to adopt them. But it's too much demanding to their users to ask them more than adding tags.
