Free Licensed Closed Source is a category of non-free software licenses distinguished by the fact that you can download a software for free, but you are not allowed to view the source code. Typically, you are also not allowed to redistribute the software, or usage is otherwise restricted by additional constraints. Tools like Skype and Acrobat Reader are typical examples of this type of "freeware".
